DescriptionI saw this scene while stopped at a stop light in Lakeview, CA so I pulled over and took a couple shots. It was extremely windy so there was no way to avoid the motion blur other than bump the ISO setting. But the exposure was still way too long. Even so, I like this shot so I'm just going to pretend that it was intentional and my artistic vision all along.
